You've gotta make sure the line is all springy, better reel it in a little so it doesn't end up flopping all over the place. I'd be really mad if I was a kite and I ended up falling just 'cause I swapped fliers or whatever!

[If making the string taut doesn't do anything for the kite then there's always running around until a strong gust of wind comes along. That can be plan b.]
